From the outside looking in, this place appears attractive. However, surrounding the units in pine straw creates an oasis for the roaches at night. If you dislike bugs, DO NOT move here. Yes, they say and you pay for pest control with your water bill, but I had to spray my windows and doorways with store bought bug killers so the roaches where dead when I found them on the floor instead of running around.
