I have been at Greenbrier, Colonial Village, Fredericksburg for 4yrs and over all it has been an excellent stay. Pleasant apartment, great location. Also, in recent years, excellent property management people. Karissa Keller, Assistant Property Manager has particularly stood out for being dedicated, responsible and resourceful when working with residents and the community. Thanks whoever added another visitor spot in the back near building 610. You're my hero Just adding an additional note that the management was always a tentative and put time in themselves to maintain a clean environment and quick to fix any issues I did have during my stay. Need more people like Rachel!
