THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Do NOT move here unless you want to be taken advantage of during your stay and especially at move out! 1. First of all, you will notice just about ALL of the 5 star reviews are for MAINTENANCE. NOT the community itself and certainly NOT the office staff. When maintenance comes out they pester you to leave a review and even stand there to intimate you to do it immediately. Maintenance is good but not that great. Chase Gayton’s maintenance team did an outstanding job fixing a recent water intrusion issue I had. The work was done timely, professionally and with great communication—even though I was out of town—Brian was my contact. The maintenance team is a great asset for our apartment community.
