It took several years to even have the broken porch light fixed. The light in the entrance from Wilson blvd remains broken from the 2 years that I have lived here. It is dark and rat infested. Not mice, but lots of rats on the property. The alarm system is broken and has gone off twice today. Once at 4 am and then again at 9 am. There aren’t any staff members who live on the property so they could care less. There are homeless people who sleep in the hallways.
