Roof leaks every year after rain- each time they “fix” it. There’s a leak in the hallway that’s been there for a couple years now. Saw someone urinate in the hallway. Trash left wherever ppl drop it. You can hear everything from the other apartments. (So sad the neighbors split, but apparently it was all john’s mom’s fault). And, no parking at night. Have fun trudging through snow in the winter.
