Roof leaks every year after rain- each time they “fix” it. There’s a leak in the hallway that’s been there for a couple years now. Saw someone urinate in the hallway. Trash left wherever ppl drop it. You can hear everything from the other apartments. (So sad the neighbors split, but apparently it was all john’s mom’s fault). And, no parking at night. Have fun trudging through snow in the winter. Rent is market rate and there is a small gym and outdoor pool, but it's annoying to find trash in the vestibule, on the elevator, and around the entrance. Snow and ice are not removed from the parking lots, only the driveways. No security or cameras means packages are at risk. This is a multicultural community but management posts signs only in English
People are friendly, living space is large, grounds are scenic and well kept. I have lived here for multiple years, and have had few bugs no roaches or mice. Anything that needed fixing has been done so in a timely manner, and there are multiple washers and dryers in building with hot water, laundry room is also kept clean.
It's nice a quiet here and my neighbors are so nice! The staff and The a Clean up crew is always on top of it! The landscaping and snow removal is awesome, and the office staff is great! The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because it would be nice if they had units with a washer and dryer in them! It is very inconvenient to have to walk down a few floors todo laundry!
