I have a friend who lives here. The lawn and repair guys creep around like the office managers' watch dogs and tell the office about everything that goes on in your house, your lawn and whatever they see when you're going about your business as though it's their right and the management is privvy to it. Yet if you tell them that the lawn or maintenance guys did something and have proof, the management will not accept it, nor will they look at it while calling you a liar and telling you that it's your word against theirs.The ... read more
I live here. Upside: quiet, neighbors don't bother you, everyone keeps their homes nice. Dowside: if you buy, they won't help you, office manager is rude and unheloful.
