The staff at this title company are thorough, fast, and efficient!
We will never use Colonial Title Company again. They miscalculated our closing cost by over $9,000 which caused a huge delay. Our closing was in March, it is now May and we still have not received our closing documents. I called in advance to let them know we would be going to their office to pick our closing documents up and they would not give us our documents because after 2 months our documents were still not ready.
