My driveway was like a roller coaster. The large live oaks roots were pushing up the pavers by the road, in the middle and on the sidewalk. Ari gave a very competitive quote. Cristian and Alex came out 2 days later and worked very hard in the heat to pull up all of my pavers, dig out the base, find the roots and cut them out. Hard Work! Communication is poor. Makes appts and then doesn’t show or call. Will not hire again.
No one ever answers their phones, they also don’t have any accommodations for people who have wheelchairs to maneuver around and about.
Ari and her team @ Colonial Tile and Pavers were wonderful to work with. High-quality workmanship, no surprises and we absolutely love our new wood grain porcelain tile floors and upgraded 5-1/4” baseboards throughout our newly purchased home. We would highly recommend Colonial Tile, and so thankful we chose them for our flooring upgrade in our home.
