I've lived here 15 years, the original owner was awesome. Since Dave sold it a few years ago, it's gone down hill fast. It's was perfect for low income families and on a budget. Now your paying for everything, they add it on as infrastructure. We were told several years ago, we would get better lighting. That hasn't been taken care of either. It really dark down here. I own my trailer and my lot rent is more than my vehicle payments. They try to tell you what you can and can't do with your own property like it's an HOA. My kids can't have there bikes outside and they just continue to raise the lot rent. I'm about to move my trailer out of here. I installed a water meter in conjuction with there's and there's is off by over 100gal a month.
