Haven’t had any issues since moving in. So far a great place !! Staff has been friendly & they respond quickly to maintenance requests.
Dirty place, washer and dryer does not work since aunt moved in, no parking after 9pm, dangerous with shootings, so much roaches, homeless people sleep in the laundry room, blood all over washer machine and never cleaned, trash everywhere, elevator has #2 on the wall for months, moldy walls, no electrical wiring for light in the bedrooms and living room, have to buy lamps. Ask for small repairs and never happen, only increase in rent. Very heartless money hungry slumlord.
this is the worse place to live the landlord is very Rude and the place full of roaches they going up on the rent especially for tenant that have been reside there for so long paying they rent on time .God don't like ugly what they doing to the old tenant not fear at all, the place have mold ...ect all they worry about is paying the rent. please do not waste you'll money to move at sans souci or colonial sunset apartment.
This place is filthy and it’s roach infested! Do not waste your money on this dump. The place is full of mold and they have Spanish people working in the office and maintenance and none of them understand what you saying. The landlord is disrespectful. He don’t care about his tenants just about the money. There’s another lady in there that’s also rude and you can’t miss her because she always have a dog in her hand. Find somewhere else to go. This place not worth a penny
