El peor lugar en el que podrás vivir siempre esta sucio las paredes llenas de humedad basura y malos olores cucarachas y ratones por todos lados y los de mantenimiento son los peores trabajadores que hay en florida no hacen un arreglo bien, hace poco entro un muchacho nuevo de mantenimiento y el hacía las cosas bien pero lo echaron y ahora todo otra ves esta mal, sucio y mal oliente no vivan en este condominio

Haven’t had any issues since moving in. So far a great place !! Staff has been friendly & they respond quickly to maintenance requests.

Dirty place, washer and dryer does not work since aunt moved in, no parking after 9pm, dangerous with shootings, so much roaches, homeless people sleep in the laundry room, blood all over washer machine and never cleaned, trash everywhere, elevator has #2 on the wall for months, moldy walls, no electrical wiring for light in the bedrooms and living room, have to buy lamps. Ask for small repairs and never happen, only increase in rent. Very heartless money hungry slumlord.
