April, the manager, is the best! She is always very helpful, professional, and attentive to residents' needs. Since she took over, the property has been cleaned up and looks much better. Her hard work and dedication really show, and it's appreciated.
Landlord is wonderful maintenance. Guy is good at his job, keeps everything clean and up-to-date colonial square has not look like this in the While My respects, keep it up.

I have now been at colonial square almost 2 years. The property manager April is great. She is polite respectful and Knows her stuff and is quick about getting stuff fixed. If other issues arise she shuts it down before it gets out of hand. They have had 2 other managers since I applied and been here by far April is the best property manager hands down.
