Great condo association. Well maintained. Can’t beat the views and location.
Went down alot not the at all
Beautiful place to live. Great location! Just beware if you are renting! I've lived in 2 apartments there in the last 3 years. The first apartment was for 1 year and after lease expired they didn't renew due to renovations. So when real estate cost goes up they rented the apartment for $200 more a month. So if you're interested in moving there, make sure you buy, and be careful when you are renting!
