Beautiful place to live. Great location! Just beware if you are renting! I've lived in 2 apartments there in the last 3 years. The first apartment was for 1 year and after lease expired they didn't renew due to renovations. So when real estate cost goes up they rented the apartment for $200 more a month. So if you're interested in moving there, make sure you buy, and be careful when you are renting!
I lived there when I was a kid. Loved it I would loved to move back there .
