I was very pleased with the service. I was helped the minute I walked in with a smile and a caring attitude. Communication was great! I was explained the service details and Lia also reviewed the work that was completed prior to my leaving . I was pleased with the wait time and very pleased with the coupon discount. Tyler took great care of me. Came in for a check engine light. They diagnosed it and fixed it the next day. Everything went smoothly. Very happy and will use them again.
A disappointing, frustrating and deceitful car buying experience. I worked with Ryan Walsh throughout the process and I would definitely NOT recommend his services. Many promises were made at our initial meeting that were not delivered on and very poor communication throughout. A $2k “service fee” was added on last minute after we had previously asked about additional fees.
