If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee about a month ago, and they promised to fix the curb rash on the wheels and a scratch on the driver’s door. Since then, all I’ve gotten are excuses and the runaround. Within the first week a dash light came on indicating the start/stop system wasn’t working. I’ve called 4 times now and have yet to receive a call back. Beware of these guys as they are trying to trap a family member into a car that isn’t even picked up yet. The sales manager who is a joke told me the gm would be in touch. Well not so much. Even told me there isn’t a way out of it and he needed it for his “units” for the month… ahh who says that to a customer no offense we don’t care about your commission.
