We got a letter in the mail about how our vehicle was so high in demand right now they wanted to pay top dollar for it blah blah blah. They charge for diagnostic don’t fix I bring it back get the old we accidentally left a hose off and then the same code goes off two days later then I return a fishing text from service manager and he was sarcastic in his own misery

In early 2023, I bought a vehicle from Copeland Chevy in Brockton. A few months in, my front brakes started to squeal significantly prompting me to bring it in for service.
