Brought the car in for a minor mirror repair. Damaged our brand new car worse than it was originally. Hacked at the mirror housing with some metal tool and scratched all the housing around the mirror. It was clear he had no idea how to take the mirror cap off. Brought the damage to his attention and they were very rude and refused to take responsibility. Thankfully have the incident fully recorded. There’s better smash repair places around, avoid these guys.
I'm unsure how this business is still operating with their poor quality of workmanship & rude owner who refuses to do due diligence. We came away from having our car 'repaired' with even more damage (and the original repair not even completed). An awful experience. We will be making a formal complaint about this company. I wouldn't trust this business with any of my cars (old or new).
Excellent workmanship. The quality their spray paint finish is second to none and all at a very affordable price. No hesitation in recommending Colonial Smash Repairs
The customer service at this business is the worst I have ever experienced and I will be making a formal complaint to AHVRA. I made two separate enquiries in person over the last six months and on both occasions I was treated with rudeness, indifference and mockery by two employees. Went in for a so called "free quote", wanted to charge me $200 and then that would be refunded if I went ahead with the repairs. I won't be back nor referring anyone to go there.
