I had a unit here for 7years. Rent started around $90 a month. Went up a few dollars a month over time. So some time back I was paying $98 and change. I received an email and called to inquire about a price increase. This is when I was informed the price had actually went into effect in FEBRUARY! My current rent, I was informed is $175.08! a month. This is a great place, managment is great and always very helpful with any issues that come up. They have a dumpster on site and an rv dump station which was perfect for my needs
