Our purchasing experience 3 years ago was 5 stars. However, read the entire extended warranty before you buy it. Many items not covered. As far as the service department, it’s like sending your child off to war, no communication, and no idea when will return.
We have been a customer with Colonial RV for over a year now and just want to say that our experience with Colonial from the sale through the warranty service performed this year has been top notch. Sean in service was a pleasure to work with and communicated with us throughout our most recent service above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend this dealer. We purchased a Winnebago EKKO from them and love it
