Bought in 2022, was a good buying experience, unfortunately the good experience ended then, now after 3 1/2 years, I know one thing for sure, never again with Colonial!!! Edited: Not a “single misunderstanding or frustration” - 3 1/2 years of bad experiences, never.again.

I recently purchased a Winnebago Ekko from Colonial. It was a great buying experience. That is not the reason for the five stars. It turns out the there was a parking ticket from the transport company that somehow got attached to me via the Michigan court system. I was quite frustrated, but I reach out to Winnebago and Robert at Colonial, and Robert was on it! He assured me he would work with Winnebago to resolve, and he did! At one time this was the number one airstream dealer in the country and you can see why they are no longer the number one dealer. They don’t take the time to understand the customers needs or even go the extra mile to earn your business. We thought we would give them a try again, but nothing has changed and we purchased a unit at another dealership. This was our eighth airstream.
