A big thank you to our service pro Michaela, who helped us with the air conditioner on our Winnebago motor home. Colonial worked with our extended warranty company and got our air conditioner ordered and installed within one month. Thanks colonial for fixing our air-conditioning and allowing us to travel in comfort.
My husband and I were very disappointed in the service department at Colonial RV . We brought in our Winnebago Travato for repair. While we waiting to speak to team member we witnessed another customer very unhappy with the “repairs” done to his truck. Unfortunately our experience wasn’t much better. We had a lengthy conversation with two Colonial representatives about repairs that needed to be done and getting approval from our extended warranty.
