The Colonial team did a great job! Our initial experience with a sub-contractor was a bit challenging but the Colonial team stepped in and made everything right for us.
If I could give zero stars, I would! We hired Colonial to do fencing at multiple schools. They sub-contracted everything out to a company who did a terrible job and did not follow bid specifications. They then proceeded to fight us on every issue, refusing to correct anything, regardless of the warranty. They were completely unprofessional and we will never use them again.
Love my new roof!
The tech who came to inspect did not speak or understand English, so it was a somewhat unwelcome surprise to find that sealing flashing around a vent generated a charge of $350. this is apparently the minimum charge, however.
