When I asked how much my service call would be, she told me she had no idea…5 minute repair…$150, plus 5)3 part and tax $255. Will never use them again!!
I called Colonial on Thursday and the repair man called and came on Friday as I was told. When he came in, he looked at the stove, turned off the circuit breaker, to the stove, took the face plate off and looked at it. He proceeded to take it off and the went to his van, returning with the part he needed. When he had everything back together, my issued was resolved. Just the best appliance service. JR is an excellent technician, and Julie is cordial and professional. Most importantly, they are trustworthy and reliable. Nice people ,too!
Went to find a valve for the cold water on a washer. This company wanted over $130 for said valve. Not installed. Went on Amazon and found the valve for $27 total. Way overpriced.
Fast service. Pleasant. Efficient.
