People can crawl over walls and steal stuff missing stuff and they make up every excuse to not pay you deposit back and alot of my stuff got ruined leaked water and everything was full of mold

I cannot speak to the majority of their services, but we had a very bad experience while picking up our UHaul rental from this location. Unfortunately, the UHaul on 13th Avenue, Fargo, ND did not give us any other option than to pick up our rental van nearly an hour away in Wahpeton. Here are a few notes on their service: (1) the front desk manager at Colonial Rental did not know how to operate the UHaul system and it took nearly an hour to complete the pick up, (2) they overcharged me on the first invoice, and (3) they did ... read more

Very impressed with their personal service. Friendly and reasonably priced. No complaints. I would recommend using them.
