Friend of mine unfortunately lives here and was just admitted to the hospital for severe mold toxicity. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS

I could write a book explaining this rating. If I could rate negative stars, I would. I will attempt to leave a more detailed summary in the near future as to why NOT to rent here or any of their other properties (ie Urbana Estates, Philo (Rainbow) Estates). Worst apartments ever never rent from them the management staff both holli and alexia are liars, units are run-down but dressed up, maintenance team graduated from youtube unoversity, SCAMMERS, and can never reach corporate or the owners who live in new york by the way, tell you anything to get your money and DO NOTHING STAY Far FROM THEM
Their service is the worst one time they changed the locks because they thought I didn't pay the rent I found out it was just a misunderstanding. We had to get new keys made because of their mistake keep in mind that key copying is not cheap. Also they are really slow when it comes to fixing about stuff our bathroom was leaking dirty water from or upstairs neighbors it took them 3months to fix it correctly. Please don't go here it's a bad place
