I could write a book explaining this rating. If I could rate negative stars, I would. I will attempt to leave a more detailed summary in the near future as to why NOT to rent here or any of their other properties (ie Urbana Estates, Philo (Rainbow) Estates). Worst apartments ever never rent from them the management staff both holli and alexia are liars, units are run-down but dressed up, maintenance team graduated from youtube unoversity, SCAMMERS, and can never reach corporate or the owners who live in new york by the way, tell you anything to get your money and DO NOTHING STAY Far FROM THEM
Their service is the worst one time they changed the locks because they thought I didn't pay the rent I found out it was just a misunderstanding. We had to get new keys made because of their mistake keep in mind that key copying is not cheap. Also they are really slow when it comes to fixing about stuff our bathroom was leaking dirty water from or upstairs neighbors it took them 3months to fix it correctly. Please don't go here it's a bad place
If I could post zero stars I would. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The apartment management here is TERRIBLE!!! They like to change leasing agreements without properly and professionally keeping you aware of what’s going on and when you try to get in contact with someone to discuss such things no one ever answers the phone. And when someone does aka MS BANKS she proceeds to give you a nasty attitude and hang up in your face because she just simply “can not deal.” This is a sad excuse and I would never recommend ANYONE to lease o... read more
