Large amounts of sewage leaks onto the floor on a weekly basis and stinks up the place. The sewage pools all the way across the tunnel so you must walk through it to get to your car from the elevator and back. This has been going on for at least two years we've been using the deck. Signage is also very poor. It's unclear how to get to each lower deck because the directions are on small signs hanging on the ceiling rather than at eye level on the walls.
Parking garage management has sold ⅓ of its parking spots to a car dealership/ rental company. Makes parking here exponentially harder for paying residents who have no other options for parking.
