Parking cost not clear. A rip off for sure. Parking lot says $4 first hour. Max $10 daily. Charged me $10 for 1 hr 1/2.

Bad idea using this garage. There were barely any retail parking spots. There are signs saying they have retail parking but it's mainly for residents only. They shouldn't even advertise retail parking or have a sign that says very limited parking (unless I missed it). It also would be helpful if there was a tracker show how many spaces our left. I got lucky and found a spot as I was about to leave. If I didn't find that spot I know I would've had to pay to exit, when I just drove around. This makes me think that is the parki... read more

Using this garage as a visitor is truly confusing. The parking for visitors is relatively well marked, but trying to find the exit was a mess. Absolutely no indication of where the exit was. I went up where I saw some light (and it was in the direction of the street where I entered) and it was. a dead end with a pretty tight turn-around. That's not ideal. When I tried to get to the stores in the building on top of the garage it was also incredibly confusing. There is a maze of hallways, not well marked. There is an elevator ... read more

My husband and I spent 5 minutes driving around the extremely limited visitor parking only to find that there were no spaces available. There was no indication outside the parking garage that it was full. Upon exiting we still had to pay $4 even though were were unable to park. So we paid Colonial Parking $4 to drive around its parking garage for 5 minutes....not for actually parking. Unacceptable.
