Terrible experience here. Be warned! The garage actually closes at 8pm. Not 10pm! The hours need to be updated on this page. Security guard was very rude saying the garage closes at 8pm not 8:01, not 8:02. I simply asked if i could just come back in the morning to get the car and he was making a big fuss. Your mileage may vary but just know that the garage closes at 8pm not 10pm as it shows as of 3/27/26
Trust the other reviews that says this place LIES about their operating hours!!! I left my car there overnight while staying at a nearby hotel (13$ vs 44$? A good deal, I thought...) and went to retrieve it at 4 P.M. on Saturday. The garage was closed, and the building access was locked up as well. The intercom on the building sent me to their security company's data entry department (???) which was obviously closed, and calling their listed phone number got me either a voicemail or "this extension does not exist" for the op... read more
I'd give zero stars, or negative stars, if that was possible. Do not park here. Their hours found on a Google search states the garage stays open until 11 PM, yet when my son returned at 10 PM, it was closed (judging by other reviews, it probably closed much earlier). He had to retrieve his car the next morning--no small inconvenience. Could not get ahold of a live person to talk to, neither last night or during business hours the next day. DO NOT PARK HERE! What a clown show. Their website says they're open until 11:30 PM. We got back to our car at 8:30 PM and the place is closed up, no attendant. Took an Uber home. Next day (Saturday) arrived around 9:30 and it's not open at all. Website says they open at 8:00. Again, no attendant. Eventually found a very helpful manager at Trader Joe's who has dealt with this many times, and got our car. Won't be making this mistake again.
