A petty frustrated bridge troll manages this garage. Three seconds after we entered we realized our vehicle was too tall to fit. We turned around and politely explained our mistake. And then an angry voice tried to demand we pay the full charge for parking and insulted our inability to read. To his credit, he did eventually let us go, but not before slinging quite a few insults. If you are going to Fogo, make sure to use their garage.
Parked here to eat nearby. Ticket was validated upon trying to exit ticket would not work ended up having to pay full price.
Awful company and service. Went to eat next door, lost my ticket on the way out, and was charged the maximum ticket even though I was there for about an hour (and my ticket was validated by the resturant). Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Park elsewhere.
Horrible. While Luzia was in town, this was one of the sponsored parking garages in which you prepaid to use. When you arrived you were given a ticket to keep on your dashboard while you park. These tickets did not control the exit gate. At the end of the show, to exit the parking garage you had to press the 'call for service' button only to be greeted by a very rude lady in which you had to explain that you were there for the show.
