The exit gate is always broken at this garage - the payment gateway goes down and you can't pay or leave. The front desk can't help, and the kiosk goes down too. And you can't call with the button when there's no Internet - leaving you with no option but to leave your car there, tailgate an employee, or ram the barrier. I'd recommend parking elsewhere unless you have an employee pass. Hanging signs are also lower than the posted entry clearance.
This company upped the price of surface parking significantly after hearing that people preferred it due to complaints about their garage being unsafe. The garage has poor lighting (sections with no lighting at all) and little to no security measures. I chose to metro to work instead of work with a company that commoditizes safety for its own corporate gain.
Horrible company. Only issued me and my coworker one ticket on our windshields and we went to pay via citation number. Later we went to check tickets by license plate number and saw that we had 2-3 tickets each extra for the same parking incident... if we never checked we would have been screwed. They also denied our appeals for an illegitimate reasoning. Never giving them business again.
