This is the best parking garage in the area. My office is right around the corner and they have the best rates.
Leaving Lia's last night and the validation wasnt working. Lia told us they already informed the garage and to push the help button to let us out. The lady working last night around 8pm let the car in front of us out for the same reason, however, when we pulled up she refused to let us out. We explained the situation and was still told we had to pay $6. She also hung up on us, twice. Rudest attendant ever. She should be fired. Thank goodness Lia's helped us get out.
Lot is broken into multiple sections. They will let you in even if full and charge you to leave one section to try another, even if you were unable to find a spot. Apparently a recent policy change - you used to be able to exit a section for free if unable to park.
