I was parked here for 3 hours and 4 minutes and they charged me $24 (the 24 hour rate) instead of the 3 hour rate of $8. I requested a partial refund and they ignored my request.
Update: got it after 3 days I purchased the ticket 2 months ago and did emailed the manager I will go get it today (twice), but he said that my pass is not ready. I already parked there and need 24 dollars to get out of the lot. What a weird place. Cannot call him also.
It's always nice to find parking in DC!
$24 for just under 5 hours on a Saturday (March 2025). Open, unfenced, parking lot NOT a covered garage. One other car - we should have known. Only park there if your life depends on it.
Another parking lot that doesn't provide a receipt. I was here to park for my appointment: C&P Vision Exam at Capital Vision. It's a pretty decent parking lot. I had to press the help button twice to call for customer service to receive my receipt. The first time, the person on the other line was unwilling to listen carefully to what was happening and what I actually needed.
