Worst parking experience I've ever had. I used parking panda to prepay. I had trouble scanning the barcode on the way in. On the way out, it said my barcode never scanned in so the gate wouldn't open. Reached out to parking panda to resolve. They tried to reach the parking office and had to escalate it. After being on the phone for almost an hour, they advised me I would have to wait another half hour for them to reach someone at the parking office. That's unacceptable. no security guard, no hours posted, you call the line and no one answers or they hang up. the iron gate stays closed even if the small gate opens. colonial when I catch you!! when I catch you!!
No info on closing time; no security guards to let you in for the ENTIRE building; call the help line and they hang up. You know what I think of you. I just should not write it.
Would give 0 stars if possible, the times are not accurate and the garage is locked and there's no way in until someone FINALLY comes to unlock it. Don't park here!
