Zero stars. They pretended to have open spots on Aug 30th. Had none but you pay for the exit. Watch the ceiling on upper level. No warning for items hanging low. $8500 damages to my car.

Absolute rip-off. Max rate charged at one minute over an hour. Do yourself a favor and park anywhere else.
On Saturday, 7/12/25 we entered the garage at 9:20pm. We exited the garage at 10:35pm. The traffic on the street was not managed well and there were no attendants that we could see therefore the cars attempting to leave the garage were backed up throughout the complex. There was no signage to indicate you would pay full day's price for exiting just minutes over one hour. Expressing our disappointment to anyone who wants to visit Alexandria, VA. Don't park here in the garage!
ZERO stars for this parking garage. Complete ripoff. They have deceptive pricing here, I wish I had looked at the reviews first. The pricing list states $7.95 for 1 hour and daily max for Fri-Sat is $23.95. We logically thought that going a little over 1 hour (less than 2) would add an additional $7.95, but apparently if you are in the garage any amount of time above 1 hour, they will charge you the daily MAX instead of hourly.
