The parking is well marked and was resurfaced just a year or two ago. There are very helpful people to direct you in the choke points. Granted sometime the parking can be very full but that depends on number of people with doctor appointments. However, always be cautious as you move thru the lot.
I just missed an appointment because of the attendants at the 4600 Kenmore location. There's construction going on so they are directing traffic in and out of the garage. The attendant at the garage entrance/exit was letting cars out but not letting cars in. As a result, I had to circle the parking lot twice. My appoitment was at 10:45. I didn't get to the office until almost 11:20. This inconvenience caused me to miss my appointment time.
George Robinson went above and beyond customer service today! I locked my keys, wallet, purse, everything in my car this morning on my way to my doc appointment and George was quick to help, and even called his insurance company to get someone sent out to unlock my car and had someone out here within an hour. It was a relief and his customer service was impeccable and took my day from bad to good just by offering to help.
