Locked out overnight, like others have said there is a lack of signage and the late night access box does not work.
I parked at Colonial Parking for the fireworks, arriving around 8:35/8:40pm.i asked if I could park for the fireworks and they said yes and asked for $5. I paid and left, coming back around 11:15pm to get my car. The garage was closed and I called the 24 hours number. One woman assured me someone would come in an hour. Rather than risk waiting for someone to come to the garage in a now abandoned Rosslyn, I walked a mile home since I was unable to find an Uber.
