Please avoid parking here if possible. The system malfunctioned, leaving over 100 cars stuck bumper-to-bumper in the garage for more than an hour. The company refused to open the gate to let people exit and then turned off their phone, making it impossible to contact anyone for help. Police ultimately had to come to the garage to assist in getting everyone out.
Paying over $100/month for monthly parking, where they do nothing about all the car break-ins, and they take away all outlets so you can’t charge any electric vehicles. Greedy greedy greedy! We’ve been told over and over that you all would be installing electric chargers but haven’t. Bunch of greedy crooks
Completely inept. Zero stars. I had a leg surgery scheduled at 7:30 am and do not have a monthly parking pass. Arrived at 7:20am (mind you there is NO street parking in this area) and realized the ticket machine wasnt working. I called Colonial Parking and they told me the manager was aware and would be there to fix it in 20 min. I drove around in circles for 40 minutes because my office had their phone lines rolled, and one of them came out with their monthly pass to let me in.
