Absolute garbage parking garage. Waited a very long time for staff to attend to my ALREADY PAID ticket that Wouldn't be accepted by the stupid machine. I Just wanted to exit the damn parking lot. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Avoid this garage at all costs. I will try to keep this brief as possible. I needed parking for 17 days while out of town, discussed this with the garage manager and he said if I bought SpotHero parking passes for each day and sent him pictures of my car that it would be taken care of. A few days into my stay, my car was covered with notifications it would be towed. Wish I could give zero stars. We entered this garage and were given a ticket, then told the machines were not working to accept payment and we could not leave. They are unable to access the gate remotely, trapping us in this garage until someone could come in person (still waiting.). We were told the machines have been down so they know about this issue - yet nowhere did they warn customers or open the gate. DO NOT ENTER THIS GARAGE. This is insanely unacceptable and we were trapped in 95 degree heat.
Parking spots are tight, and it is dark and difficult to manage in here. It’s also very expensive ($11 for two hours?).
