The gate to let you leave just doesn't open lmao
On Saturday evening at 8:18 PM, I parked at station 290's garage. However, when I tried to leave at 12 AM, the machine was not working. The customer representative I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional. She put me on hold and never returned, leaving me stuck in the garage for 30 minutes.
