This is Donna Walker my son Tony husband Wayne and I are very happy with the new management.. This new owner and she has been repairing things for us that others ignored ... A new thermo3stat. Hot water faucets repaired quickly. .routine pest control broken cameras replaced. Our porch lights fixed without asking. Men blowing off porches. Trees trimed, rain guards replaced . They have gotten SOOOO much done here just in the past few weeks than anyone EVER has since my mom and I moved in here back in April of 2009!!! Seriously, just in the past couple of weeks there’s been a literal night and day difference! Makes me excited to see what it’ll look like when everything is done, it already looks significantly better! Way to go all of you!!!
Better than expected 🤩 Just moved in recently and have had a really good experience so far. The new manager Paloma has been great to work with and very responsive. The updated units are nice and feel like a good deal for the price. You can also see they’re putting effort into improving the property, which is nice. Definitely recommend!!
I had a great experience working with Paloma, the new property manager. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and really helped make the move-in process smooth. I ended up getting one of the remodeled units and was honestly surprised how nice it is for the price. You can also tell they’ve been putting in effort around the property lately — things are getting cleaned up and it’s looking better and better. Overall, really happy so far.
I have been calling for a month I did an application on 8-31-25 and I paid the application fee and nobody has reach out to me and I emailed and called numerous times and nobody has picked up the phone or Emailed me back
