Would give 0 stars if I could. I have lived here since 2013 They fix NOTHING and NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.. have had work orders sonce the tine ive moved. Collapsed kitchen ceiling took 6 yrs to fix leaking plumbing from bathroom been 4 yrs still nothing my cabinets are hanging off of ceiling its been 4 yrs flodded basments no ac since ive moved in had no heat this winter ect ect....all of the units are falling apart flooding molding holes mice bugs. I have lived here since February, 2018. My rent has doubled and $90 a month added for water. I live alone and do not use $90 a month of water. Owner has changed 7 times, 3 times in 2025 alone. Nobody returns phone calls or emails nor has anyone been in the office for 3 months. Grounds are always trashed and they NEVER fix anything! I recently called this apartment community to conduct a market survey and gain some basic insights on local trends, hoping to collaborate and learn more about how we can all improve occupancy rates in the area. Unfortunately, I was met with a refusal to share any information. Update 12/04/2024: Thank you for your response, but I must express my frustration and disappointment with how this situation has been handled. While you claim your team has been “working diligently,” we have received no communication from anyone on your end. This lack of follow-up is unacceptable. It has been over a year since we completed our work, and we are still waiting for payment.
