I worked with Colonial Painting on a recent project and unfortunately had a very negative experience. I have not been paid $10,000 for work completed. The agreement with the client was for four coats of paint; however, only two coat was applied on site. I was also instructed to tell the client that four coats had been completed if asked, which I was not comfortable doing. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service. The job was delayed, and the quality of work did not meet my expectations. Communication could have been better. I hope they improve their service in the future

My experience with Colonial Painting was extremely disappointing. The quality of the work did not meet basic professional standards the finish was uneven, details were rushed, and several areas were left incomplete. Communication was poor, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I completed the job for Annie and Scott as agreed, delivering all the work on time and in full. Unfortunately, I did not receive payment for the completed work. After I followed up to resolve the issue, I was blocked on all communication channels, so I was unable to discuss or address the matter further. I’m sharing this experience so that others can be aware and ensure clear, secure payment arrangements
