My grandfather was a resident at Colonial Oaks at Pearland & he wore a pendant around his neck to call for staff when he needed assistance. It always took at least over 2 hours or more before anyone would respond & they seemed more concerned in turning the alarm off on the pendant when they came in the room, than finding out what my grandfather needed.
