I have my mum there for not so long time, and so far not so content with the service. I am talking about the memory care unit. Here are my concerns: 1- The quality of the cooked meals offered is terrible, they have the worst chefs ever! 2- The personal hygiene of the staff taking care of the residents is zero. Saw one of them one time sneezed in her hands, wiped her hands in her clothes and then started serving the meals !!!
