I went there to buy the car, but when I said that the monthly payment they offered was too high, one of the guys got up and threw his chair. He was very aggressive and unprofessional. They were extremely rude, especially the ones white hair. However, their managers there were a bit calmer and more polite. Placed an order for a Nismo exhaust through this dealership and they canceled it next morning saying they incorrectly priced it lower than they wanted. Didn't even try to offer anything to make up for it. Why bother with this place.
Service desk help is friendly. However, making an appointment here is a waste of time. They had my vehicle for an entire day "diagnosing" the issue only for me to pick it up without any resolution. If you make an appointment, honor the time. Don't schedule an appointment, tell people to drop at vehicle off knowing you are back logged or short handed or whatever the reason may be, get the vehicle hours later and then tell them you need to keep it over night.
