Placed an order for a Nismo exhaust through this dealership and they canceled it next morning saying they incorrectly priced it lower than they wanted. Didn't even try to offer anything to make up for it. Why bother with this place.
Service desk help is friendly. However, making an appointment here is a waste of time. They had my vehicle for an entire day "diagnosing" the issue only for me to pick it up without any resolution. If you make an appointment, honor the time. Don't schedule an appointment, tell people to drop at vehicle off knowing you are back logged or short handed or whatever the reason may be, get the vehicle hours later and then tell them you need to keep it over night.
