Dan Called me up and explained everything about the selling of my mortgage to Freddy Mae. While Freddy Mae gets my mortgage, Colonial Mortgage will control my interest rates and everything else. Don't understand why this happens, but it happens. He also explained how I can start paying my mortgage online (tradition is to pay first 2 by check which I don't have) and it was helpful to talk with him and get everything sorted out.

Dan Pasman lied about my mortgage. He informed me that Colonial Mortgage would never sell my loan off to anyone else. Well, my loan has been sold off to a third party. He is there to make a sale and nothing more. When it comes to lenders, I should have gone with an online lender. At least they would have given me a better deal.
Amanda got me a great deal and was awesome to work with through the whole process. I couldn't ask for anything more!
