5 Star service on reception...particularly late evening arrival on a Saturday...great service from the restaurant also as it was almost time to close but they organised a meal and delivered it to the room
Room clean but old. Eg Tiles missing around toilet A older type shower curtain. The room big and roomy On arrival had to ask staff for air freshener as had old or stale smell? After leaving windows open all night and using air fresheners the Oder went. My main issue is I booked in on Saturday On Sunday no room service. ( no clean towels garbage bin clean floors not cleaned ect. ). Monday. When I came back about 5 pm. Still no room service. Garbage bin still full bed not touch no clean towels no replacement of tea or coffee. ... read more
Spent the night. Family room. Also has disability accessories like rails around toilet wall and in shower for those who need them as well provided shower seat/chair. Which is a lovely consideration for those who need them. If we visit scone again I would stay here again if available.
