Excellent place to work, pay is very good, probably the best in the state, maybe the nation, because they sky is the limit, the harder you work the more valuable you are to the company and they recognize that by increasing your wage accordingly. A good Mold Maker can easily make it in the 6 digit range. Management works hard to take care of the employees.
