I had a very disappointing experience at Colonial MedCare and would not recommend this practice based on how my care was handled. I initially went in on July 2 for blood work, and thankfully my test results came back well. During my appointment, I also discussed my ongoing skin concerns and asked about treatment options because I was hoping to have my medication covered by my insurance instead of paying out of pocket. I've been a patient here for probably 13 years now and I feel more like a family member than a patient..linda and Loretta are so warm,caring and friendly... When you're not feeling your best it's so nice to be greeted with a smile.. Would recommend Dr. Ahmed ,Mrs. Ahmed and the staff to anyone..

Receptionist was very disrespectful. She told me to call someone else because she didn’t know if they took my Tricare-Select. They don’t take one Tricare but she doesn’t know which one it is. She couldn’t do her job and look it up. I felt rushed off the phone.
