100% SCAMMERS/UNRELIABLE Best to stay away from Patrick (Pat) and Sarah Comerford. Took my money ($6000) to get my AC replaced. Multiple promises to get the work stared but repeated no show. Stopped answering emails, phone and text. They seem to have some serious mental and or financial issues as they probably used my money, paid to purchase the necessary compressor etc, to pay other bills. Be warned and stay away
