My 97-year-old mom is in this facility. The first two weeks I was there 4-6 hours daily and still go four times a week for 3-4 hours a time. They are extremely responsive to my concerns and keep in close touch with me about her care by phone and in person. No one has ever dismissed my concerns. If anything, they go out of their way to make sure I understand why they do things the way they do. The food there is very good compared to what I expected--I even eat there some days. Misconduct, insults and verbal aggression from managers, the dietary manager in particular. Ex: "You must be blind because such and such should be in the freezer." Nursing staff hired from outside the country as they are short staffed and no one that knows about this place wants to work for these managers. Resident business is gossiped about outside the facility and to other residents yet the people who gossiped still work there.
