Nice Place But Mean Landlady – Everything looks great and everyone gets along for the most part. Grasses are cut and hedges are trimmed. The only thing that this place can do without is the very mean old landlady. Snoops around to find the smallest thing wrong with your trailer and will send you notice to fix it or you will pay for it. It's her way or the highway.
