Muy mal servicio, no recibo nun gun tipo de documento acerca de mis poliza y llamo y tampoco resuelven nada.
Worst website. Links don’t work. Can’t speak to adjuster. My premium bill should be mailed to me but there’s a glitch. No bill in the mail, no email bill either. It’s so frustrating. Colonial’s website and billing issues need to be fixed to be more customer friendly. Claimants should be allowed to talk to the adjuster.
Had some door to door guys stop by the my business, not only was their pitch pitiful, after denying them they stood outside my business and bashed us. What an unprofessional thing to do. We called them out on their unacceptable behaviors. Never ever will I use Colonial Life. First impressions are lasting impressions.
Customer service was very helpful, professional and courteous. They guided me through the process and assisted with my needs.
