I don’t even know how I got a plan with this dumbass insurance company and even when I called and told them I did not need it nor was I aware I ever signed up for it they have yet to take me off, oh also they didn’t even have my correct address, phone number, or email and the lady I talked to had a nasty attitude.
I called the 425 number in Renton, WA and spoke to a rep. She could not find my policy.Was a bit rude. She told me I had to write to the billing dept. I found a 1-800 number and spoke to a nice lady named April. She had no problem finding my policy, and transferred me to the correct agent. This agent was also very helpful.
