Always excellent take out from Colonial Kitchen! Appreciate the friendly staff!
Ordered a small white pizza with extra garlic sauce for my non verbal elderly client. She kept trying to say just cheese just cheese. Out of frustration she threw the pizza away. They forgot to add the white sauce so literally we paid for cheese bread. Of course they denied it and no replacement. Atleast admit there was no sauce or extra garlic. Not a bit of garlic. The worst customer service is not acknowledging you made a mistake and not correcting it.
Come here for the pizza. I have a story why. I had a pizza place near me ever since I was a kid, "Pizzi's Pizza". They've since closed. I even worked there for a short stint - I got free pizza slices on shift. Why does this matter? Because Pizzi's closed after the owner died. But the pizza was INCREDIBLE. It was airy, soft, almost like chewing on a cloud. When Pizzi's closed up I cried. It was around for 2+ decades of my life, and the new shop is a pale shadow of what was. But Colonial Kitchen?
